I'd like to know, what are the terrible consequences of the excessive addition of Redispersible Polymer Powder(RDP) to tile adhesive?

Harming setting time and sag performance

Harming the opening time and the surface layer will form a film.

Adding too much latex powder will cause colloidal particles.

1. High cost
2. Cause the tile adhesive may not dry or is still wet for a few days
3. Adding too much RD powder will not significantly improve the strength of tile adhesive
4. It may cause shrinkage.
5. Very difficult to construct; sticks to knives
