Here is a plastering mortar formula, please feel free to give some advice for improvement.

Ordinary Portland cement:280
Sand:625
Heavy Calcium Carbonate:80
Redispersible Polymer Powder(Wack 5044):12
HPMC:1.5
PP fiber:1.5

How is the constructability? How to improve the frost resistance of mortar?

A bit more sand and less cellulose(HPMC) and PP fibers.

Recommendation: the amount of cement remains the same, the amount of redispersible polymer powder
remains the same, the sand is about 45%, the heavy calcium content is increased to 15%, the cellulose content is 0.3-0.35%, and the PP fiber is about 0.4%. To enhance freezing resistance, add 1% calcium formate.

Plastering mortar should consider the balance of bond strength, compression-folding ratio, and impact resistance, so the amount of cement should be manageable.

HPMC:1.5; PP fiber:1.5. This amount is okay. 0.3-0.35% cellulose and 0.4% PP fiber are too high. Too sticky will not be easy to construct, and too many fibers.
