What should be the amount of bentonite in the plastering mortar?

1. A little bit of air-entraining agent can be compounded with bentonite. After putting in an air-entraining agent, the construction performance, slump degree, and stability of the mortar are much better

2. You can add wood sodium water reducing agent, which is not high and has good early strength. It will not shrink in the later stage because the dosage is relatively moderate, and there is no problem with the uniformity of mixing

3. You can also add a little PVA; PVA is more helpful to the smoothness and fullness of the mortar.

Bentonite requires too much water to affect its strength, so I don't use bentonite. If you want to, add 2~5% is the best.
