The mortar quickly falls off after being applied to the wall, and it takes a long time to harden.

The products produced could have been more satisfactory since we launched the wet-mixed mortar project last year. The powder additives can’t make the mortar smooth, and it is not easy to dry after being applied to the wall. The inner wall is thinner and not very flaky, and the outer wall is partially peeled off at the back even if done twice, and the previous layer will fall off after the second time, and the mortar used for plastering the inner wall is not smooth.

interior wall
P ·0 42.5 Cement: 200 Mineral powder: 70 River sand: 1350
Additive: 0.6

outer wall
Cement: 220 Mineral powder: 70 River sand: 1350 Additive: 0.7

The additives retard the setting, and the water retention rate is relatively high. You’d better adjust it with the manufacturer. Generally, changing the admixture can solve the problem.

You add too much retarder in your additives, you should reduce the amount, and control the setting time between 24-48h

The ratio is one side, and the admixture must also be adjusted. In addition, it is also necessary to check whether there are any problems in the construction. If you want to deal with it, consider all aspects.

If you are using the AB compound type, you'd better replace it with a plasticizer and a two-component conditioning agent to adjust the amount according to the workers' on-site construction reactions.

It is easy to fall off from the wall because the strength of the mortar is not good; it is not smooth because there is no viscosity, so it is not easy to construct. Must change the formula, especially the amount of additives for external.
