Polyvinyl alcohol plus instant HPMC will break after 24 hours.

It is easy to have stratification when dissolved in cold water, and product compatibility is still a problem.

Instant HPMC are not recommended. Try HEC to see how it works. Generally, don’t use instant ones. Instant ones have been surface-treated. I feel that they are not as good as regular ones.

Putting in order, first add water 350KG, disperser 1200 rpm and then 2488 rpm, next put HPMC, and then put polyacrylamide (dissolved in water first). Remember that the antifoaming agent can only use tributyl phosphate(TBP). Others will make the colloid turn white. TBP is transparent; there will be glue bumps when stirred at the beginning, however, disperse and let it rest for an hour, and it will disappear. Fill up enough water during the process, and it is ready to fill. If the storage time is extended, add some fungicides. It is generally stored for about seven months.
