How long does the mixer usually stir the wet-mixed mortar? I stirred for 30s, and the bulk density was 1750. After stirring for 60s, the bulk density was only 1400. How is this going? Who can help me out?

Is the air-entraining agent you use for wet-mixed mortar solid?

Obviously, this is the problem of the dispersibility of the air-entraining agent. We usually stir for 3 minutes, 30 seconds is not uniform enough.

Stirring for 60S, the density becomes larger, proving that the admixture's effect has yet to be brought into play during the first 30S of stirring. You can stir for a few more minutes to see if the density has changed.

The specified requirement is not less than 3 minutes, but generally it is still string on the road when the car is running; there will be a stirring effect. Generally, 60s is enough.
