What are the main raw materials of bonding mortar and finishing mortar for thermal insulation system


① Inorganic Cementitious Materials: Inorganic cementitious materials such as cement are embedded into the pores of base materials by mechanical insertion, and will have high compressive strength, low tensile strength and rigidity after setting and hardening.
② Polymer Emulsion or Redispersible Polymer Powder: Organic adhesives bond through the intermolecular force, and form films through water evaporation. With softness and low compressive strength, it can enhance the bonding strength with all base materials, increase the tensile strength and reduce the elastic modulus.

⑥ Early Strength Agent: improving the rate of cement hydration reaction, promoting hardening of mortar, and increasing the early strength of mortar.
⑦ Water Repellent: reduce the water absorption rate of surface mortar, thereby enhancing the water-proof function of the whole thermal insulation system.
⑧ Anti-cracking Agent: reduce the shrinkage and cracking phenomena of mortar at the plastic stage, and reduce the dry shrinkage of mortar caused by the temperature gradient and humidity gradient.
